Oh wow! I had no idea, thanks for sharing! :D But when I said Betty Boop, I didn’t mean Chibiusa was dressed as her. I just meant her legs were drawn similar to Betty Boops (big thighs and little feet) as a joke.

Thank you so much! I actually ordered my wig from ebay pre-styled (just had to brush the bangs). The only tip I can really give you is to make sure you have a mannequin head to mount your wig on whenever you’re not wearing it. Without a mannequin head, the wig will lose it’s shape!
